1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Millionaire Marketing, a brand of Millionaire Marketing FZ (the “Company”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to your use of our website and your subscription to our newsletters and SMS alerts (the “Services”). By subscribing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Nature of the Service (Digital Publication)
Millionaire Marketing is a digital media publisher covering financial markets, including retirement, investing, and precious metals. We provide news curation, market commentary, and educational analysis. Your use of the Services does not create any client-advisor, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and the Company.

3.1 No financial advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We are publishers, not financial advisers. 8. Consent to Electronic and SMS Communications
By signing up, you expressly consent to receive communications from us as described below.
8.1 Email. We send updates periodically, some of which may feature third-party offers consistent with Section 4. You can stop receiving emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
8.2 SMS / mobile messaging. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, your opt-in constitutes prior express written consent under the TCPA to receive recurring automated/autodialed marketing and informational text messages from Millionaire Marketing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
8.3 Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
8.4 Carrier liability. Carriers (including T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.5 Non-sharing. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing purposes.
8.6 Opt-out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL to stop marketing texts; reply HELP for assistance. You may revoke consent by any reasonable method, and we honor requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law.
8.7 Time-of-day. We observe applicable messaging time-of-day (“quiet hours”) restrictions based on your location.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9.3 Class-action waiver. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class or representative proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally by posting the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Using the Services after that date means you accept the new Terms.
